Excellent opportunity for a Senior Compliance professional to oversee the Compliance function of the Trust & Corporate services division of a reputable firm.  Working to support the Group Head of Risk & Compliance, you will oversee the team to ensure a practical and knowledgeable service is provided, spanning areas such as sanctions screening, oversight of systems & controls, provision of management information, board reporting and monitoring of legislative and regulatory change, ensuring any amendments and updates to policy are implemented effectively, and that relevant training is provided across the business. The role holder will also act as CO/MLRO/MLCO for Jersey based Trust business activities. 

The successful applicant will hold a relevant professional qualification, supported by a minimum of five years' compliance experience. You will need a confident, pro-active approach, and the ability to lead a team with discretion, tact and resilience.
