Receptionist & Facilities Administrator

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their friendly and professional Facilities team! Working collaboratively within the team, you will assist with all aspects of facilities management, including dealing with incoming calls, visitors and deliveries; managing storage, retrieval and documents in line with company policy; maintaining the office's stationery and refreshment supplies; dealing with office maintenance/repairs; supporting sustainability activities; and all other ad hoc tasks as required!
This is a busy, varied role, and candidates should have previous experience in a similar position along with a pro-active approach and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be required to liaise with other employees at all levels, as well as meeting and greeting visitors to the building. Some lifting and physical transportation may be required, and the ideal candidate will have a flexible, hands-on approach, and a willingness to get involved with a wide variety of tasks.
