Assistant HR Manager/HR Manager

Our client, an award-winning, independent, trust company, is seeking an experienced HR generalist to join their team at Assistant Manager or Manager level.  This is a broad generalist role in a team that has oversight of several jurisdictions, and will cover the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, recruitment, learning & development, payroll and operations. 

Applicants must have proven experience in a similar HR generalist role, ideally within financial services, and you'll need strong knowledge of both Jersey and UK employment law, and a good understanding of HR best practice. You will need previous experience in handling employee relations matters,excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. A proactive, hands-on approach is essential, and we are seeking an individual who is genuinely committed to furthering their career within a dynamic and supportive organisation.
