HR Advisor

Experienced, enthusiastic and ambitious HR professional required to work alongside the HR Relationship Manager within a reputable professional services firm. The successful candidate will support in the provision of HR advice and guidance to managers across the firm, dealing with employee issues, and advising on HR policies and procedures in line with relevant legislation. You will assist with salary reviews and bonuses, preparation of documents/paperwork, weekly inductions for new joiners, overseeing of various student schemes and training programmes, and all other ad hoc requirements to support employee relations and staff retention.
There will also be the opportunity to get involved in projects, and to be a part of ongoing process improvement, as well as assisting with recruitment and supporting other teams within the HR unit as required.
Candidates will need a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role, ideally supported by relevant professional qualifications. You'll need to be a people person, with great communication skills and the ability to engage and converse at all levels. This is a busy, varied role, so an organised approach is essential, and candidates must be able to prioritise and multi-task under pressure.
