HR Relationship Manager FTC 12 Months

A leading law firm is seeking an experienced HR Relationship Manager to join its HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Jersey.
Working at HR Business Partner level, this is a varied and influential role where you will partner closely with senior leadership to deliver people-focused initiatives, support organisational development and provide expert HR advice across a diverse business function. You will play a key role in supporting workforce planning, organisational design, employee relations, recruitment strategy and wider people initiatives, while helping to drive cultural change and continuous improvement across the business.
The successful candidate will be an experienced HR professional with at least four years' HR advisory experience and strong knowledge of employee relations. Experience gained within a professional services environment would be advantageous, and candidates who are CIPD qualified will be viewed favourably. You will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, strong problem-solving abilities and the confidence to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
This position offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic HR projects while also providing hands-on support across a broad range of people-related matters. The role combines commercial awareness with a people-focused approach and would suit someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
