HR Administrator

Exciting new opportunity within a fast paced HR team for an administrator to assist with all the HR function!
We are seeking a candidate with up to two years of HR experience to carry out administrative duties to support policies, procedures and practices for employees across this large private bank. Responsibilities will include onboarding of new staff, administration of benefits packages, involvement in recruitment, assistance with payroll, and the provision of general support and guidance to the business.
You'll need some previous HR experience, along with strong administration skills, a high degree of literacy and numeracy, and advanced IT skills. Candidates will need to be able to communicate effectively at all levels, building strong relationships, and working with discretion and confidentiality.
