Our client, a leading commercial organisation, is seeking to recruit an Operations HR Officer to play a key role in ensuring people operations activities and processes are managed effectively.
Reporting in to the Head of HR, as Operations HR Officer you will lead and coordinate comprehensive operational HR activities, focusing on sickness absence management, employee wellbeing, recruitment and employee relations. In this role you will be required to work with the key operations management team in order to create a great place to work for all employees, along with with support of budget and other HR initiatives / projects.
