Senior Administrator, Reward and EVP

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical and well organised candidate to join their Reward & Employee Value Proposition (EVP) team, to provide senior administrative support, with a focus on reward elements, including annual salary and bonus reviews, promotions and progression cycles, and to provide assistance with wider EVP projects.
The successful applicant will collaborate with colleagues across the business in various jurisdictions, and will gain great exposure across a variety of interesting initiatives. You will need a minimum of three years' experience in an administrative role within professional services, combined with strong IT skills (specifically MS Excel) and a pro-active approach. Experience in HR isn't essential, although previous experience supporting reward or compensation activities is desirable, and the role could potentially be suited to a candidate from a finance, bookkeeping or auditing background.
