Senior HR Advisor

Our client has a new opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor to join their friendly team and assist with the provision of an efficient, responsive and high-quality HR advisory service to support partners, managers and staff across the organisation. This is a generalist HR role, and you will have involvement in policies & procedures, employee relations, salary reviews, inductions, trainee programmes and assistance with secondments, and will also be a key part of the team in looking at processes across the department and identifying opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency.
Applicants will need at least four years' experience in an HR advisory role, and will ideally be fully CIPD qualified. You will need to be highly organised, able to multi-task and to work with initiative and confidence.
