Senior Manager - Learning and Development

Dynamic and ambitious professional with a background in Learning and Development required to take on a unique role within a leading fiduciary organisation, and be a really instrumental figure in their market-leading staff development offering which is key to the organisation's growth and success.

As Senior Manager focusing on Talent Development you will be responsible for the delivery and implementation of staff training and development, which will include close liaison with senior leaders across the business to understand and identify talent, looking at ways to develop this and ultimately devising/implementing development programmes for teams and individuals.  

Applicants must have excellent relationship management skills and have relevant experience specifically in line with learning and development and talent identification and development techniques. You must have senior level experience in delivering training and coaching and have proven ability to manage complex projects and project manage workload. A highly collaborative and confident approach is essential.
