Talent & Development Manager - 12 month FTC

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to join our client's HR team for a 12 month contract!  In this fast paced role your primary focus will be to ensure that employees have the support needed to excel in their roles and to achieve their full potential. The successful candidate will liaise with senior management across the business to review and prioritise training needs, working closely with HR in different jurisdictions to refine and coordinate the opportunities offered. 

Previous experience in a similar role is essential, ideally within professional or legal services, and you will need to be familiar with career paths, routes to qualification and the various types of qualifications available. Proven advisory and consultancy skills are a must, along with experience in the design and facilitation of in-person and online development activities.
