Fantastic opportunity available for an experienced data leader to join a growing international financial services group in a senior, group-wide role.

Reporting to the Group CTO, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and driving the organisation's data strategy across multiple jurisdictions, overseeing architecture, governance, integration, analytics and reporting. The role will ensure information is leveraged effectively to support business operations, regulatory requirements, growth objectives and future AI initiatives.

Applicants should bring proven experience leading enterprise-wide data functions, supported by strong technical expertise in data architecture, engineering, governance and reporting. The position includes responsibility for managing a team of Data Engineers and Data Analysts, while working closely with technology, security, data protection and business stakeholders. Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills are therefore essential.
