IT Service Desk Analyst

Experienced and committed IT candidate required to join our client as an IT Service Desk Analyst and assist with the smooth running of the IT Service Desk Support team.
Joining a large professional services firm, you will provide support across multiple jurisdictions, being the first point of contact for global users ensuring an excellent level of customer service. The successful candidate will complete daily operational tasks as well as any ad-hoc support setting up meeting rooms, both on and off site, for telephone/video conferencing
Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role with knowledge of MS Office 365, Windows 11 and iOS based operating systems. With an interest in technology, you'll be proficient with or able to quickly learn to use a broad array of networking systems hardware/software and demonstrate an analytical and problem-solving approach.
