Operational Technology Specialist

Exciting opportunity to join our client's ICT division where you will work closely with operational managers, the engineering team, other members of the ICT team and suppliers to support the day-to-day operation of the systems and equipment used by the firm. In addition, the successful candidate will be expected to manage the technical aspects of new client onboarding and contribute to the 
development of the IT technical strategy. 

Candidates must have software development skills (preferably C++, .NET or PHP) and support of web-based applications, be familiar with SQL databases, data extraction and data analysis with knowledge of relational databases and proficiency in MS Office and PowerBI for data analysis.  You will need excellent organisational and communication skills, experience in system testing plans and manage their execution and a genuine desire to work with cutting-edge technology!   

This role is working 08:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, however, some on-call support may be required as well as some infrequent travel to the UK to work with suppliers.
