IT Support (Junior)

Looking to embark on a career in IT? Our client is seeking a bright, ambitious and tech-savvy junior to join their support team! 

Working alongside more senior colleagues you will provide technical support to all service users, ensuring IT systems are functioning efficiently and resolving any issues promptly. 

Qualifications in IT would be advantageous i.e. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Technician, Level 3 BTEC Diploma in IT etc. along with a general knowledge and understanding of current IT systems, with the ability to apply technical skills and best practices effectively. You need strong communication skills and the confidence to liaise effectively at all levels, with a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
