Claims Handler

We are seeking an individual with fantastic customer service skills, and ideally previous insurance experience, to join a well established firm in the role of Claims Handler.  The successful applicant will assess and validate claims, liaise with customers and negotiate with suppliers to agree settlements, and generally provide a first class level of service. 

Previous insurance experience is desirable, but not essential, but a passion for service excellence, strong communication skills and an eye for detail are essential!
