Associate - Dispute Resolution

Rare opportunity to join a leading international law firm as an Associate in their local Dispute Resolution team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the preparation and conduct of proceedings of all kinds in courts and other tribunals, including insolvency proceedings, as well as advice on all matters involving disputes or potential disputes, the enforcement of rights and obligations and the interpretation of legal documents and legislation.

This role is for a qualified lawyer, with a strong academic background and 1 -4 PQE.  You will need a solid understanding of litigation procedures and underlying substantive laws, as well as advocacy skills appropriate to level of qualification.  Overall we are seeking a dynamic individual, adept at handling client relations and liaising with colleagues at all levels, with excellent oral and written communication skills, a strong team focus and the ability to work effectively in a busy environment, handling several matters at once.
