Legal Governance Senior Manager

Our client is seeking a knowledgable and dynamic individual to lead and manage their in-house governance team, advising on group-wide governance matters, providing full board support to the Legal Executive Board, and working closely with Partners to provide governance support. 

Strong managerial experience in industry and/or professional practice is essential, along with relevant qualifications, and strong people and stakeholder management skills.  You'll need in depth knowledge of regulatory environments, strong technical skills and a supportive approach to change and development, with the ability to adapt to the continual roll-out of innovative tools and processes.
