Legal Counsel

Our client, a privately owned Trust & Family Office, is expanding its in-house Legal team and is seeking a Legal Counsel.

The role will provide legal oversight and guidance on client and regulatory matters, supporting the Board, senior management, and client-facing teams in relation to legal issues arising from the administration of complex, high-value trust and fiduciary structures.

Applicants should ideally have relevant technical knowledge of trusts, corporate structures and/or funds, together with at least five years' post-qualification experience (PQE). You will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be adaptable in your approach, and have a genuine interest in keeping up to date with developments in legislation and regulation.
