New opportunity available for an ambitious and driven Senior Associate to join our client's Corporate & Commercial team.  

Joining a well established and reputable law firm, the successful candidate will undertake a diverse role primarily focusing on corporate and commercial law ensuring the provision of clear and precise advice whilst also playing a material role in business development activities. This position will also entail banking and finance transactions and advice relating to trust law.

The successful candidate must be a qualified lawyer with relevant experience working within corporate/commercial practice areas and/or banking and finance teams. Knowledge and experience of trust law in the context of Jersey-administered trust and corporate structures and/or high net worth private clients will be beneficial.
