Paralegal

Fantastic opportunity for a Paralegal to join our client's General Counsel team and provide support relating to legal services across our client's non-regulated entities, this will include assisting on projects, the on-boarding function, contract review from a legal and regulatory perspective, Non-Disclosure Agreements and Data Protection Agreements and due diligence checks amongst other tasks.

The ideal candidate will have experience from a similar role and hold a relevant legal qualification. A pragmatic risk management approach is essential along with the ability to balance competing demands demonstrating good prioritisation skills, with the ability to self-manage own workload and deadlines.
