Part Time Office Manager - ON HOLD

New opportunity for a part time Office Manager to join a leading entrepreneurial investment firm and take responsibility for running the day-to-day activities of the Jersey office.

Within this varied role, the successful candidate will provide a professional, confidential and seamless front of house operation, providing exceptional administrative support including, but not limited to, team diary management, arrangement and expensing of global travel, minute-taking, database management, organising events, supporting ad-hoc projects and general office support amongst other tasks.

Applicants must have excellent interpersonal, time management and prioritisation skills, with an organised approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Working 20 hours per week, 9am-1pm, the ideal applicant must be able to offer some flexibility to carry out occasional afternoon and evening work when required, for example when supporting and organising social and group events.
