Receptionist - Office Administrator

Due to continued expansion, our client is looking to recruit a Receptionist/Office Administrator to be based in their Jersey Office.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, meeting and greeting clients, answering the reception phone for both Jersey and Guernsey, postal and banking duties, maintaining front of house and booking travel arrangements.

Applicants must be pro-active, self-motivated and able to work without supervision. You will be required to work independently as a receptionist as well as supporting other office administration functions, actively using your initiative.
