Programme and Change Associate Director

Pro-active and ambitious candidate required to take on the role of Associate Director for Programme and Change within a fast paced Business Solutions team!  The successful candidate will manage a team of change specialists who oversee a portfolio of change initiatives, and will be involved in developing the transformation and change technology strategy and creating a suitable governance framework and change management strategy to manage transformation. This will include implementation of new software solutions, developing workflows and automation, and strategic projects covering new services and business lines. 

Applicants must have proven experience in a similar role within the trust and corporate services industry, with an ability to apply IT in solving business problems. You will need a flexible approach to problem solving, both independently and as part of a collaborative team, and be used to working to deadlines in a fast paced environment, taking ownership of tasks to deliver on a common goal.
