An exciting opportunity has arisen for a client-facing role within a dynamic and highly established insurance firm. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure all customer needs are met, enquiries are handled efficiently and any issues are resolved promptly.
Your responsibilities will also include processing customer payments, supporting with insurance documentation and carrying out a variety of general administrative duties.
The ideal candidate will have a solid academic background and prior experience in a busy customer service environment. You should be personable and confident when interacting with others, with strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude. The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritise your workload is essential.
