Legal Secretary - Corporate Finance

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within the Corporate department of a well-established legal firm for a proactive and organised individual to join the team in a varied administrative and secretarial role.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality support to fee earners, assisting with a wide range of duties including checking, proofreading and amending legal documents, copy and audio typing, maintaining accurate client records, file management, billing, and coordinating business travel, client meetings and events. Alongside day-to-day responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other teams, contributing to larger projects and firm-wide initiatives.

This is a diverse and interesting position suited to someone with a positive, “can-do” attitude who is happy to get involved in all aspects of the role. Strong communication skills are essential, both written and verbal, along with a high level of accuracy and good IT skills. Candidates should ideally have previous legal secretarial or PA experience, be tech-savvy, and have familiarity with legal documentation and terminology.
