Due to an impending retirement, a rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Tax Senior professional looking to take the next step in their career.

Our client, a well-established and highly respected independent accountancy practice, is seeking a dedicated tax professional to join their friendly, close-knit team. This role offers genuine long-term prospects, including the opportunity to join the Board of Directors and potentially become a shareholder in the business.

Using your extensive knowledge of Jersey taxation, you will take responsibility for the management and development of the firm's tax department, overseeing workflows, mentoring team members, and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service to clients.

Applicants should hold a relevant professional qualification and possess strong technical knowledge of Jersey Tax, experience of UK tax would be advantageous. Consideration will also be given for individuals with tax experience at a more junior / middle level who are ambitious, motivated, and keen to develop their career within a supportive and progressive environment.
