Temporary - Customer Care Advisors x 7

We’re currently supporting our client with the recruitment of 7 Customer Experience Advisors to join their busy, high-performing team to help cover a peak period on a temp / contract basis.

You’ll be at the heart of the customer journey, responding to queries, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering a consistently high standard of service. You’ll also work closely with colleagues and ensure all interactions are accurately recorded.

These are temporary / contract roles running from approximately August through to February, with full 24/7 shift cover required. Flexibility is essential, with a range of shifts including early mornings, evenings, late nights, and weekends.

These are fantastic opportunities to gain experience in a dynamic environment while working across email, live chat, and social channels.
