Trainee Fund Administrator

An established and award-winning provider of private wealth, fund and corporate administration services is seeking a Trainee Fund Administrator to join its growing Jersey team.

Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will assist with the establishment of new fund structures, support fund operations including investor calls and distributions, prepare payment instructions, maintain investor and entity records, and help ensure all administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently. You will also gain exposure to board meeting administration, including preparing agendas, coordinating board packs and drafting meeting minutes.

The successful candidate will be positive, motivated and eager to learn, with strong numeracy and computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues, clients and business contacts. A strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service and an interest in developing a career within technical financial services are essential.
