An established and highly respected professional services organisation is seeking an experienced Private Client Services Manager or Assistant Manager to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious trust professional looking to take on greater leadership responsibility, manage their own team, and work with a diverse portfolio of international clients.

In this role, you will oversee a small, experienced team, providing guidance, support, and development while ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients. You'll be responsible for managing workloads, driving performance, and maintaining high standards of administration across a varied portfolio of trust and corporate structures.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in private client services or trust administration, coupled with previous people management experience. You'll be confident in mentoring others, managing deadlines, and building strong relationships with both clients and colleagues. A solid understanding of trust and corporate administration, regulatory requirements, and UK tax and compliance matters is essential.

Applicants should have at least five years' experience within the trust or private client sector and hold a recognised Table 4 qualification, ideally STEP or CGI/ICSA, although other equivalent qualifications will be considered.
