You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and professional intermediaries, take a lead role in managing complex structures, contribute to business growth initiatives, and support the ongoing development of a talented and ambitious team.

The successful candidate will possess extensive trust and company administration experience, a strong understanding of fiduciary responsibilities and regulatory requirements, and the confidence to operate at board and executive level. You will be a commercially minded professional with excellent leadership skills, capable of motivating and developing teams while balancing client service, risk management, and business objectives.

Applicants should hold a relevant professional qualification such as STEP or ICSA and have significant experience within the trust and fiduciary sector. A thorough understanding of trust company business, corporate structures, governance, compliance, and industry best practice is essential. Previous experience managing client portfolios, leading teams, contributing to strategic decision-making, and supporting business development activities will be highly advantageous.
