Our client is looking for a candidate with previous experience in EBTs, or good Trust/financial services experience, to join their busy Executive Compensation team. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of incentive structures, and will also mentor more junior team members. 

Alongside your professional experience, you should ideally be studying towards a relevant qualification, and must demonstrate a committed, ambitious and team-focussed approach. This is a great opportunity to progress your career within a large, well established and supportive organisation.
