Senior Legal Counsel

Our client, a large private bank, who is going through a period of significant change is seeking to recruit a Senior Legal Counsel to be a key member of the in-house legal team providing expert advice on all legal issues affecting the business for the Channel Islands service lines: Trusts / Fiduciary and Private Wealth Management. You will also be responsible for advising on general legal matters which may affect a financial services business.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister with core competency in Jersey or Guernsey financial services law. You must have strong technical legal knowledge across fiduciary, private wealth management and/or financial services matters and have an excellent understanding of regulatory regimes.
