Senior Manager/Associate Director

Exciting new senior leadership role available for an experienced Trust professional with a tech-driven approach to take responsibility for the leadership of a Pensions Administration team, where you will ensure high-quality client service whilst leading on the implementation of technology-driven solutions to improve business processes. 

Alongside proven experience in a similar level Trust role, candidates must also have proven project management experience, along with knowledge of Alteryx and PowerBi and the ability to confidently build workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong technology and automation mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies, apply systems thinking and implement practical solutions to improve control, capacity and client service.

Qualifications:
Experience in Private Clients/Pensions, ideally supported by a relevant professional qualification. Experience in Projects along with knowledge of Alteryx and PowerBI essential.
