We offer two pathways: 

ICDL (International Computer Driving Licence) 

The globally recognised digital skills certification, formerly known as ECDL. Ideal for candidates who want a formal qualification to show employers, and for employers who want a standardised benchmark of IT ability. Covers seven modules from basic IT concepts through to word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and email.

Microsoft Office (advanced pathway) 

A more in-depth route covering Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access. Suited to candidates wanting to go beyond the ICDL level and employers who need to assess more advanced ability.
