• Step 1 - Format and structure: Skills-based for career changers; chronological for experienced candidates. Arial 11-12pt. Sections: Contact (professional email, LinkedIn, Jersey postcode), Profile (3-4 lines), Experience (reverse chronological), Skills, Education/Certs. 
• Step 2 - Jersey keywords and quantification: ATS keywords: 'Jersey funds administration', 'ITIS tax contributor', 'GST compliance'. Quantify achievements: 'Managed £2M reconciliations', 'Reduced errors 25% via Excel'. For relocation: 'Available Jersey [month], residency proven'. 
• Step 3 - Show local knowledge: Reference Jersey-specific items where genuine: 'Class 1 SSC compliant', 'familiar with JFSC reporting requirements'. Explain any time gaps. Use a professional email address. 
• Step 4 - Polish and submit: Export as PDF. Include a cover letter explaining your Jersey fit. Apply via select.je/jobs. Proofread twice
