Assistant Manager - Fund Company Secretarial and Corporate Governance

Fantastic new role for an experienced, motivated candidate to support a fast-paced Funds team with company secretarial and corporate governance services to a varied and exciting portfolio of clients!
This is a busy role which will be pivotal to business success, and the successful candidate will ensure that all client entities comply with relevant legislations, whilst maintaining statutory registers and coordinate JFSC filings. There will be responsibility for assistance with Board meetings, both preparation and attendance, and you will also support with the Compliance Monitoring Programme, working closely with both the compliance & risk and client relationship teams to support on all administrative functions.
Candidates should have at least five years' experience in a company secretarial, corporate governance or funds role, and will ideally be CGI qualified or working towards a relevant qualification. You will need practical working knowledge of Jersey law, fund structures/vehicles, and the regulatory framework, along with previous experience liaising with boards of directors, auditors and legal advisors.
