Senior Administrator, Corporate Services

Great new role for an experienced candidate to join the Corporate Services team of a reputable professional services firm, where you will manage a complex portfolio of entities, providing company secretarial duties, limited service monitoring, company formations and billing support. You will also be involved in the administration of Employee Benefit Trusts, assisting with transactions and issuing shares. 

Applicants will ideally hold a relevant professional qualification, and should have at least 4-6 years' experience in a similar role. You will need a good understanding of Corporate Governance, along with strong IT skills and the ability to liaise confidently with clients.
