Head of Risk & Compliance - Fiduciary

Are you an experienced Risk & Compliance professional looking for a senior leadership opportunity within the Jersey financial services industry?  We are working with a leading international organisation seeking a Head of Risk & Compliance to lead and deliver the risk and compliance strategy for their Fiduciary business.

The successful candidate will act as a senior risk and compliance leader, providing strategic guidance to boards, regulators and key stakeholders while ensuring that regulatory, financial crime, conduct and operational risks are effectively identified, managed and mitigated. The role will involve overseeing regulatory relationships, leading inspections and reviews, driving the integration of risk and compliance frameworks, and promoting a strong risk-aware culture throughout the organisation.

Applicants should have extensive experience in risk and compliance within trust, fiduciary and/or fund administration environments, together with a deep understanding of Jersey regulatory requirements, AML/CFT frameworks and corporate governance. Previous experience holding key regulatory appointments and engaging directly with regulators will be highly advantageous. A relevant professional qualification, such as the ICA Diploma, ACAMS or equivalent, is expected.
