A well-established financial services business is seeking a Senior Compliance Administrator to join its Risk & Compliance team. In this role, you will support the delivery of compliance monitoring reviews across a global business, including testing key regulatory controls, identifying areas for improvement, maintaining records of findings and action points, and assisting with the review of risk and compliance policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have experience within a regulated financial services environment, whether in compliance, audit, risk, operational controls, client administration or a similar area. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and the ability to produce clear written reports are essential, along with a proactive and collaborative approach.
