Part Time Compliance Manager

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Compliance Manager to join a well-regarded firm, taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of its compliance framework and supporting a strong culture of regulatory and ethical standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing guidance on EDD for new business
• Monitoring regulatory developments and assessing their impact
• Maintaining AML policies and procedures
• Overseeing compliance monitoring, including CDD file reviews
• Supporting Business Risk Assessment, sanctions and outsourced activity reviews
• Contributing to AML governance and reporting

The ideal candidate will have strong compliance and AML experience within a Jersey regulated environment, with a good understanding of JFSC requirements. You must have an organised, pragmatic and confident approach and be comfortable providing guidance across the business.
