Senior Administrator - Real Estate

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to join its busy Governance Services team, supporting a varied portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients with a particular focus on real estate structures.
You will take ownership of day-to-day portfolio administration across the full client lifecycle, manage deadlines and transactions, maintain strong client relationships, oversee work in progress and debt collection, and provide guidance or delegate work to colleagues where appropriate.
Applicants should have solid corporate or fiduciary administration experience and ideally hold, or be working towards, a relevant professional qualification such as STEP or CGI. Strong communication, organisation and relationship-management skills are essential, together with the ability to prioritise effectively and work both independently and collaboratively.
