Trainee Fund Administrator

A leading financial services business is seeking a motivated and organised Trainee Fund Administrator to join its dynamic team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career within the funds industry, gaining exposure to fund administration, investor services, data management, systems support and business improvement projects.

The successful candidate will support a variety of administrative and operational activities across fund structures, assist with investor onboarding and ongoing lifecycle events, maintain accurate data and records, and provide support to internal teams on systems and reporting requirements. The role also offers valuable exposure to change and transformation initiatives designed to improve efficiency and processes across the business.

Applicants should possess excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Good communication skills, confidence using Microsoft Office applications and a willingness to learn are essential. Previous administration or financial services experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

This role would suit a graduate, or applicant with strong academics, or an individual looking to begin a long-term career within financial services.
