AI Solutions Manager

Our client, a leading professional services organisation, is seeking an AI Solutions Manager to identify and deliver practical, AI-enabled improvements across the business. Working closely with stakeholders, you will review existing processes, identify opportunities for automation and efficiency and help shape and implement solutions that are safe, measurable and aligned with business objectives.

The successful candidate will have experience in business analysis, process improvement, digital transformation or a related field, together with a practical understanding of AI tools, prompt engineering and automation. Strong communication, stakeholder management and governance awareness are essential, and experience within a regulated or professional services environment would be advantageous.

Relevant qualifications may include Business Analysis (BCS, PMI-PBA or equivalent), Lean Six Sigma, Microsoft certifications such as AI-900, MS-900, PL-900 or SC-900, and project, Agile, change management, adoption or training-related certifications.
