Group Infrastructure Manager

Experienced and dynamic professional required to take responsibility for the day-to-day management, support, maintenance and continuous improvement of the infrastructure services and platforms within a reputable financial services firm.  The successful candidate will oversee operations, support with projects, provide technical guidance to the team and be the primary point of escalation for any infrastructure-related issues.

Candidates should have at least seven years' proven experience in infrastructure engineering, systems administration or infrastructure management. You'll need experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, and should be suitably qualified in line with suitability and due diligence requirements of CSSF Circular 22/806 and DORA.  We would like to see individuals who are used to managing technical incidents and escalations, who have experience working with external support providers and vendors, and who have previously worked on projects and technology change initiatives.
