Contract - Team Manager, Claims

Fixed term contract opportunity available for a Team Manager to join our client's Claims department to lead and manage a team in delivering exceptional customer service, operational efficiency and regulatory compliance across the Channel Islands. The role is pivotal in driving performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that the team meets both customer and business expectations in line with company values and strategic objectives. 

A very people focussed role, the successful candidate will be expected to guide, support and co-ordinate a Jersey based team, ideal applicants will have Claims/Insurance management experience but consideration will also be given to candidates with strong people management experience and a transferable skill-set.  A customer focused and team oriented approach is essential along with effective time management, communication and organisational skills.

* Role available from mid November to cover a period of 12 months
