Loss Adjuster - Senior Claims Handler

Our client, a provider of bespoke and customer-driven insurance solutions is seeking to recruit a Loss Adjuster / Senior Claims Handler to act as a key member of its newly created Loss Adjusting team.

Playing a pivotal role within the business, as Loss Adjuster / Senior Claims Handler you will be responsible for undertaking claim assessments and project managing claims from instruction to settlement. In this role you will be field based for much of the time, working in various locations which could entail dealing with customers on a one to one basis. 

The successful candidate will ideally hold a relevant qualification with the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters (‘CILA’) or be working towards a CILA qualification. Alternatively, you will have experience in handling commercial/home claims, with relevant Chartered Insurance Institute ('CII') qualifications.  If you are self-motivated, organised, able to work under your own initiative and committed to providing excellent customer service we want to hear from you!.
