Associate - Litigation

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Associate to join a highly regarded legal practice and become part of an established Litigation team.

The successful candidate will assist with a broad range of litigation matters, including trust and company disputes, insolvency, fraud and asset recovery, regulatory enforcement and arbitration. Working closely with senior colleagues, you will support a diverse client base, including financial institutions, fiduciary service providers, commercial entities and private individuals.

This role offers exposure to varied and interesting work, including contentious trust and company matters, cross-border fraud and insolvency cases, together with excellent opportunities for professional development.

Applicants should possess previous litigation experience, strong technical, analytical and drafting skills, excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, and a proactive, commercially minded approach.
