Trainee Fund Administrator

Exciting opportunity to embark on a career in finance within an FSB-regulated investment management firm. Working as part of a busy fund administration team, you will assist with the accurate day-to-day admin of a varied portfolio, combining hand-on work with study towards a professional qualification. 

Typical duties will include payments & cash management, maintaining records & registers, processing onboarding documents, assisting with accounting & reporting, supporting with compliance and any other ad hoc duties to support the team. This is a great role, where the successful candidate will really learn a lot by working alongside experienced colleagues. 

Applicants must have a strong academic background, and a willingness to pursue professional qualifications.  You'll need a good level of numeracy and attention to detail, along with confident communication skills, and the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
