Banking Relationship Manager - Temporary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Relationship Manager to join a leading banking organisation on a temporary basis.

This role will see you managing and developing a portfolio of local banking clients, building strong relationships with customers and intermediaries while identifying opportunities to grow and enhance client relationships. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will deliver a high standard of service, oversee client onboarding, and ensure all client activities are managed in line with regulatory requirements and the bank's risk framework.

Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will support the delivery of banking products and services, contribute to business development initiatives, and represent the organisation at networking and corporate events. You will also conduct periodic client reviews, ensuring KYC and AML requirements are maintained and any identified risks are appropriately addressed.

To be considered, you will have at least five years' experience in relationship management, private banking, commercial banking, or a similar client-facing financial services environment. You will possess strong communication and relationship-building skills, a commercial mindset, and a solid understanding of banking regulations, risk management, and compliance. A proactive approach, ability to achieve business objectives, and enthusiasm for driving positive change are essential.
